Hi I'm Jane

I love to sing and perform. I am the oldest of 5 siblings. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am a teenager growing up as a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. I love to sing and perform. I am the oldest of 5 siblings, and I love to spend time around little kids. I love to attend seminary and church and read the Book of Mormon and the Bible. I plan to marry a returned missionary in the temple, and can't wait to see where my life will take me.

Why I am a Mormon

I was born into this church. My ancestors were among the first saints who went through so many trials and crossed the plains. I am a Mormon because I know that my church is the true church. I've learned that if I keep my standards, life will be happier. I also know that Heavenly Father answers prayers, and will always give the right answer and the right advice. Sometimes you don't want to accept the answer He gives you, but it is the correct one and will make you happier. I know this from my own experience. I'm also reading the Book of Mormon, and I am so inspired each time I read it, all of the true stories and teachings of prophets from long ago. When I read it, I know how to handle whatever trial I may ever fall upon. I also know that Jesus is the Christ, and that he atoned for all of our sins and pain, so he literally knows what you are going through because he's been there himself. I know all of these things to be true, and that's why I'm a Mormon.

How I live my faith

Every week I attend church and my youth group. I attend seminary, which is a 45 minute long class for the youth of our church before school starts every day. I am also a member of our church choir. I also try to stand for what I believe in as an example in theater, choir, and all of my classes at school. I absolutely do not swear, drink, smoke, do drugs, or try to be mean to others. I try to love everyone as Jesus did, even though sometimes it may be hard. But it always pays back in the end.
