Hi I'm Lawry

I'm a Mormon. I have a strong testimony of God the Father and that Jesus Christ is our Savior and Redeemer.

About Me

I have worked in sales and now help manage storage facilities. We have a son and two grandsons. Hobbies are fishing, golf, jewelry making, gardening, and fish tanks Family is what makes my life enjoyable and also serving other people. Interaction with individuals and groups, so that I can give them the opportunity to have happy moments in their lives, gives satisfaction to my day.

Why I am a Mormon

I was influenced in my growing years by parents and siblings who had a love of God and service to other people. With that as a basis, I came to know God, and my Savior by their example and by study of the Bible and the Book of Mormon. Prayer before and after study was how I was given a confirmation of the Bible, Book of Mormon and the truths of the Restored Gospel by the witness of the Holy Ghost. As I have experienced my life, the blessings that have come to me and mine are ones that could only have come from a loving Father in Heaven and Jesus Christ our Savior. We have been able to endure hardships, sorrows and pain, by knowing that they stood by our side. We have experienced the happiness, joy and love that comes by so ordering our lives to be worthy of these blessings. I will be eternally grateful to the Savior for His giving me the opportunity to repent of wrong doing and being able to gain forgiveness. I bear a solomn witness of their divinity and love for all of us. I pray you may find peace and strength in your life through the Gospel of Jesus Christ and it's teachings and blessings

How I live my faith

Over the years I have been a participating member of the Church by serving as I called by the leaders of the Church to serve in various capacities. The past few years I have enjoyed serving the Young Single Adults in the Area. Their ages are from 18 yrs to 31 yrs. To be able to counsel with them during these important years of the lives was a learning experience coupled with oppertunity to share the gospel of love with them so they could face the reality of life. I take the opportunity to serve in church, community, charity, and BSA projects. The times I like to serve the best are the quite moments when asking individuals about their lives and then be able to give encouragement and serve as I can to enrich their lives.
