Hi I'm Beth

I have an identical twin. I have been involved with sports my entire life and am a coach. I love life and learning. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I received my degree in Exercise Science and Wellness. I started gymnastics when I was 4. I presently coach gymnastics, tumbling, Parkour/Freerunning & swimming. I am a personal trainer, do some massage therapy and nutritional counseling and also work with Special Needs children. I have competed in a wide variety of sports: snowboarding, track, gymnastics, diving, sprint-triathlons, power-lifting. I have done a few beauty pageants as well. I am presently in Myopractic school and will be done in a few months. I love learning as well as serving/helping others. I love to bake/cook healthy organic desserts/meals. I like to play the piano and make jewelry and other fun things. I love to travel and have been to 12 countries. I spent 10 days in Santiago, Chile as a missionary as well and it was a great experience that I will never forget. I have 5 siblings, one is my identical twin sister, and lots of nieces and nephews. I enjoy spending time with my family and friends.

Why I am a Mormon

My parents both converted to this gospel of Jesus Christ while in their teens, and I was thus blessed to be raised in The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, aka the Mormon Church. I have loved being a member of this church and have truly seen so many blessings in my life as a result of my membership. I know that following our living prophet, as well as past prophets and my other leaders, as well as keeping the commandments the best I can and following the teachings of this church have brought me so much happiness, peace and joy in my life, of which I am truly grateful for. It is for these reasons that I will always be a member of this wonderful church, which gives my life purpose, answers questions that I have, helps me to know who I am and why I am here, and where I am going. I want to be able to help others find answers to their questions and help them find peace and direction in their life as well. Being a Mormon has been the biggest blessing in my life!

How I live my faith

I am in a singles ward right now and am a ward missionary. I love being a visiting teacher to two of the sisters in my ward, as well as love being home taught once a month by my home teachers. I try to live daily as if Jesus Christ were by my side and be a good example to those that I come in contact with daily. I know I am not perfect, but I always try to choose the right (CTR) and try to help others do the same. I strive to be worthy of the many blessings my Heavenly Father has in store for me by daily studying the scriptures, praying, serving others, attending church every Sunday, going to the the Temple (The House of the Lord), and listening to the promptings of the Holy Ghost and acting upon those feelings. I know I would not be where I am today and would not be as happy as I am if it were not for being a member of this wonderful Mormon church.
