Hi I'm Kim

I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am a mother to 5 wonderful children. My oldest is getting ready to serve a mission for the church. In my spare time I spend it supporting my children in their various activities. I am a Special Education teacher and am a few months away from getting my Masters degree. If I had more time for myself I would love spending it crafting, shopping, and traveling. I enjoy going to San Diego and just sitting on the beach.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon because it has helped me throughout my life. The choices I made as a youth were because of the things I had learned by going to church and by the examples of those around me that had the same beliefs. I have such a peace within me knowing that my family will be together for eternity. I am grateful for the knowledge of a Savior who loves me and sacrificed for me. When I have trials in my life, I know where I can turn for guidance and strength. Being a Mormon brings me great joy and peace.

How I live my faith

Being a Mormon is something I do on a daily basis. I live my faith in the way I act, dress, and the choices I have to make in everything I do. I try to be a good example to not only my children, but my friends and co-workers as well. Being a Mormon has provided me many opportunities to serve not only within the church but in the community as well. It has also provided my children many opportunities to serve. I have gained friendships with many people by being given the opportunity to serve. I have also been blessed by those who have helped me.
