Hi I'm Sarah

I am a single mother of two adorable children. I work as a teacher's assistant. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am a single mother. I have two children whom I love to play with and spend as much time with them as possible. I also enjoy writing stories and I like to read as well. I work as a teacher's assistant in a special needs class. I really enjoy working with the kids in my class and helping them learn and develop. Every baby step they make is so exciting to me. It is nice to have a job that is so gratifying. I also enjoy exercising and learning more about nutrition so I can keep my body healthy.

Why I am a Mormon

I grew in the church. When I was a young girl I had some experiences that helped my faith in God develop. I learned that God loves me personally and that he listens to me and answers my prayers. It seems like I've always believed in God and known of his love for me and his other children, however, That belief is continually strengthened by experiences that have shown God's tender mercies. I have gone through times when I've felt so alone in every way but one, I know God is there for me. I know he guides me and comforts me. Through thick and thin no matter what is going on in my life I know that I can trust in the lord with all my heart. I know that the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints is God's church on earth and that He speaks to us through his prophet. I Know that the Book Of Mormon is God's word. I know this because I have read it many times and whatsoever is good is of God. The words from the book of Mormon bring me peace and I know that it is God's word. I Know that my savior, Jesus Christ, is my redeemer and that he suffered and died for me so that I can live with him and Heavenly father again. I Know that all the people on earth are my brothers and sisters and God loves them just as much as he loves me.

How I live my faith

My children and I go to church every Sunday. Every morning I wake up and say my morning prayers then I read my scriptures. Every day I try to make good choices and show God's love by caring for and serving those around me. I try to always keep a kind attitude and to not think negative thoughts about anyone. At church I have two ladies that I write notes to at least once a month just to let them know that I care and that I'm here if they ever needed anything. to me the most important way I live my faith is by being a good example to my children and teaching my children about Heavenly Father and Jesus Christ. Every evening we read the scriptures together and take turns saying our prayers out loud.
