Hi I'm Elder Brandon Wallace

I am a missionary for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, serving in the Canada Vancouver Mission, speaking Chinese.

About Me

I grew up in sunny Gilbert Arizona in The United States of America, where the summers get up to 48 degrees Celsius. I graduated from Higley High School in May of 2015 and I am leaving on my mission to Vancouver Canada to speak Mandarin Chinese in July of 2015.

Why I am a Mormon

I was born into the Mormon church as well as my parents. I have never known another religion, however I don't need to know another one. I love the Mormon church and never want to leave it. I go to church every Sunday for three hours and love it! I love to listen to the speakers and learn more about the gospel. I go to my church because of the feeling I get when I'm there. I get a "warm fuzzy feeling" inside when I read from the Bible and the Book of Mormon, which is the spirit telling me that what I'm reading is true. I know that "warm fuzzy feeling" is a really cheesy and cliche saying, but that is the only way to describe how I feel about the church. I am excited to be able to serve a mission to the wonderful people of Canada and hope to be able to love, serve, and teach the people there. I love my family and my church and I wish everyone could feel the joy that I do whenever I learn more about the gospel.

How I live my faith

I live my faith by participating in church service projects and fulfilling my calling. My calling is to serve as a full time missionary for The Church of Jesus-Christ of Latter Day Saints. I listen to what the Church leaders advise and warn me to do, and I follow the gospel of Christ wholly and completely. I go to church each week and study my scriptures every day to come closer to my Savior.
