Hi I'm Scott

I love science, math, and Italian cooking. I am grateful for the ability to work and learn. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

We have six children and four grandchild. Our three oldest children are married and have started their own families. We have one child in college and two at home in high school. Work has taken us to Oklahoma, Dubai, Scotland, Texas, and Alaska. We have visited many countries and have enjoyed learning about other cultures. I enjoy hiking, biking, running, golfing, fishing, and Italian cooking. I rode in a 100 mile bike race this summer and participated with my wife in our second sprint triathlon.

Why I am a Mormon

I choose to attend the church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints as it brings peace and direction in my life. As a teenage there were many options and choice that would take me in many directions. As I read the Book of Mormon and tried to live the precepts taught by Jesus Christ and his prophets my life improved. Through problems and difficulties come, I'm happy. I can't explain it with my mind, but my heart tells me the message of the Savior Jesus Christ is true. I try to reflect my faith and beliefs by living in accordance with Christ's teaching. I leave my testimony that Jesus lives and that the Book of Mormon is true. God bless you in your search for answers to your prayers.

How I live my faith

I try to be honest and hard working in all that I do. I focus by spending time with my wife and our children and grandchildren. I try to reach out and help others in our neighbor and community. We have built stairs and walk ways for the elderly and have helped cut trees and wood for friends. We helped our daughter with her new yard. It is good be help others move forward.
