Hi I'm Emily

I'm a cosmetologist, mother, wife, sister, daughter, granddaughter, & friend. I love music, traveling, & family. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I have been married for 10 years and have four young children. Being a mother is what I love, and my family means everything to me. Music is my passion. I have been able to travel to different countries in the world singing. I am currently a member of a wonderful choral organization and am able to perform and do what I love. I enjoy reading a good book, baking/cooking and having a good time with family and friends

Why I am a Mormon

I was born and raised in the church. I am so thankful for the guidance and direction that I have had in my life because of my membership in it. Having the gospel has brought me extreme happiness and has given me so much hope in times of despair. To know that I have a Father in Heaven who knows and loves me, and to know that my Savior died for me so that I might live again, gives my life purpose. I choose to live my life in line with the gospel principals because I know the plan of happiness is available for me, along with all the blessings my Father has in store for me.

How I live my faith

I am currently serving with all the women in our ward from age 18 and older. I visit with sisters who are sick, in need, have just had a baby, or are just needing a friend. I help organize service projects, humanitarian aid projects, and activities where we meet as women to teach and learn a variety of life and homemaking skills. I also sing in our church choir and have served in many different organizations from working with the young children, young women, and young adults. I love serving! It helps me feel closer to my Heavenly Father.
