Hi I'm Alexa

I'm positive and energetic. I love to sing, play sports, and hang out with friends. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am a sophmore in highschool and the youngest of five children. I have two dogs, a Cocker Spaniel and a Bichon-Shih Tzu. I love to sing, play piano, guitar, and ukulele. At school, I am on the Varsity badminton team, and will hopefully be on the tennis team again later this year. I am an Aunt of five(4 nieces, 1 nephew) soon to be seven(1 niece, other unknown). I am hoping to be able to go to nursing school in my future, and become a pediatric nurse. I am an Honors student and try my best in all of my classes. I try to be a great friend and a good listener. I love my family and they come first before anything.

Why I am a Mormon

I was born into a Mormon family, but I had the choice of getting baptized into this religion when I was eight. I still have the choice to continue going to church activities today, and I am more than happy to be doing so. I honestly can not imagine how my life would be without the support of God and my family in my life, and I make every choice during everyday based on how I want my life to continue to be like. Being a Mormon is the way that I like to roll!

How I live my faith

I attend Seminary at my high school, which is an off campus class that teaches more about the Mormon religion. I am so happy to have it in my life, and makes everyday so much better. It may seem difficult to take up one of my much needed hours of school for a religious class, but I do it gladly and can't imagine not including it in my everyday life. I also go to church every week for three hours, and love with all of my heart the wonderful Spirit that is provided there. On top of that, I go to mutual every Wednesday night. Mutual where the youth learn, but also do fun games activities. Living my faith everyday would be much more difficult without the support of my family and friends, and I feel ever so grateful to have them in my life.
