Hi I'm Moriah.

I grew up in a small town. I strive to be a good example. I love helping others. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I just graduated from cosmetology school and received a mission call to Orlando, Florida. I love playing volleyball and basketball. Basketball is my very favorite sport to watch, Lebron is my hero. Chocolate and ice cream are my weakness. Singing and playing my uke soothes my very soul. I believe spending time with family and friends is time well spent. I love to cook, take walks, exercise, shop, do hair and make up, and make people laugh!

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon because everything that I have learned about this gospel makes perfect sense to me. God loves us very much and wants the best for us, which is why he has given us this gospel to help us become our best selves and to return to live with him again. Many people think the church is restricting and controlling because we are told not to drink certain beverages or smoke. You shouldn't do either of those because they are addicting to your body and are only going to restrict your control over yourself. The Lord has given us commandments and guidence for our protection and we have the agency to prove that we can follow them faithfully.

How I live my faith

I live my faith by being a good example to others. Because I know why I am here and what my purpose is in this life; the least I can do for all the blessings God has given me is help his children by being an example. I stick up for what I believe in because I know it is true with all my heart. I have been an example to others around me as I earned my cosmetology license. Working with others and making them feel confident in themselves and their appearance has been such a wonderful experience. This great privilege has helped me gain confidence, as well as others, and realize my self worth as a daughter of God.
