Hi I'm Britni

I'm a Mormon.

About Me

My name is Britni and I am a young single adult. I am currently not in school but after I graduated from high school I went to cosmetology school and received my license. I currently work as a stylist and absolutely love what I do. Some of my hobbies and interests are playing all kinds sports, spending time with friends and family, shopping, baking, watching movies, and dancing.

Why I am a Mormon

I was born and raised in the church and have seen so many blessings that have come from this Gospel. I can honestly say that I have no idea where I would be without it today. It has lead me and shaped me into the person that I am and I wouldnt change that for anything in the world. The feeling I get when I attend the temple, go to church, or any of the extra meetings that are available, is incredible. I can feel the holy ghost so strongly and an overwhelming feeling of gratitude will come over me. Thinking of all the things that Jesus Christ did for each and every one of us is absolutely amazing. One of the best examples of unconditional love. I am so grateful for this Gospel in my life and for the people around me that I can help share it to. We have been given so much, and throughout my life, I have been able to receive a better understanding and appreciation for it all.

How I live my faith

As a young single adult in the church, there are many different ways that we can participate in our wards. In my ward, my calling was that I was one of the members in charge of the activities committee. Our purpose was to plan and organize monthly activities for the ward members to attend. Anything from hikes, to attending sports events. There were even times when we would combine activities with other wards in our area, giving everyone the opportunity to meet new people. I also attend an institute class at the local community college. The class that I attend is based on Eternal Marriage. It teaches the principles to building strong, healthy, marriages and everything we can do to prepare ourselves for marriage. There are so many different ways to participate and get involved.
