Hi I'm Keisa Ridgway

I'm a Mormon. I live in Arizona and am a mother of four children ages 7 to 2 years.

About Me

I grew up in Tempe, AZ and graduated from Arizona State University with a degree in Exercise Science as well as a degree in Spanish. I served a mission in Quetzaltenango, Guatemala. I love anything active, outdoors or sports oriented. I ran track and swam in high school and went on to compete in track at the college level. I am very active in my daily life now and often compete in various running races and triathlons around the country. I am married to my very best friend and we have four children, three of which are living and one that passed away when she was 4 months old from a very severe heart defect. We have three girls and one boy. I love spending time with my husband and we love going to Disneyland as a family.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon because I know that my savior lives and that He loves me and I have had personal experiences to tell me that this church is true. Being mormon gives my life a purpose and direction and has been such a comfort to me since the death of our daughter. I know that families can be together forever and that I will see her again and this makes me love my church all the more.

How I live my faith

I try to live my faith everyday by the simple things I do. I try to be kind and friendly to everyone that I meet. I also try to help my children learn the gospel by singing church songs with them, praying with them and reading the scriptures as a family. I try to be a good example of how Jesus would live and treat others.
