Hi I'm Mackenzie

I am in high school, i'm a captain of my cheer squad, I play softball, and I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am a junior in high school, I keep very busy doing cheerleading in the fall, and softball in the spring. I raise calves for the county fair as a part of my FFA SAE project. I have been raising pigs and calves for the county fair since I was 9. I have played softball since I was 9 years old and have been a cheerleader for over ten years.

Why I am a Mormon

I have been born and raised in the mormon church. I love being involved in young women acitvites. I am currently 2nd counselor in my laurel class. Which consist of girl's age 16-18. This past summer I attended girls camp, which is one of the spiritual experiences I have had. Girls camp allows girls ages 12-18 to go camping for a week and do different activities with girls your age. You are taught lessons and put through actvities that test your strengths both spriritually and physically. At the end of the week we have a testimony meeting that allows us to share our testimonies with eachother and how girls camp strengthened it for eachother.

How I live my faith

How I live my faith is by living and teaching the values i've been taught. Being Mormon we are taught that service is very valuable. I serve my community by doing community service for my cheer squad. I have done service from, cleaning high ways, cleanig school campus's and ward buildings, helping with pee wee football games, and many more things. I am taught to be an example whether it is dressing modestly, having clean language, or even walking out of bad movies. I live my faith by putting my values in action.
