Hi I'm Ryan

I'm a student at a community college. I've been married about a year. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I enjoy playing the guitar and singing for anyone who'll listen. I'm currently finishing up my Associates degree at the local community college. I plan on becoming a Pharmacist. I've been married about a year to a beautiful young lady. No kids yet. I love the outdoors. I go hunting for deer every year up on some property my grandpa owns. I think I might buy an elk tag this year if all goes well. I'm an Eagle Scout. I served as a missionary in Arizona, where I learned to speak Spanish. I want to become licensed as a Ham radio operator.

Why I am a Mormon

I'm a Mormon because I believe that the Book or Mormon was written by prophets that were called of God that lived in the Ancient Americas. Every time I read the Book of Mormon I feel uplifted. That feeling of being uplifted helps me get through good times as well as hard times. Because I know that the Book of Mormon is true, I know that everything else about this Church is inspired by God. You can know if the Book of Mormon is true as well if you read it and pray and ask God if it is true. That's how I did it.

How I live my faith

I try to focus my life around Jesus Christ. I try my best to do as He would if He were in my shoes. I'm far from perfect, and sometimes I forget that I'm trying to live as He would, but I try. My wife and I have a very strong relationship. I believe our relationship is strong because we make an effort to strengthen our faith in Jesus Christ together. We do this by reading the scriptures and praying together. As our faith is strengthened in Jesus Christ and Heavenly Father our relationship grows stronger as well. I'm the Secretary of a men's group at Church. I take notes and keep track of attendance at meetings. I'm still trying to get to know everyone and keep track of their names because I'm new in the congregation. I try my best to reach out to others and be of service when I can.
