Hi I'm Jeff

I enjoy being who I am. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I'm a father of 4 wonderful children. I have a hard working wife that stays home and keeps our family running and on schedule. We love to have lots of fun as a family. Soccer is a large part of our life right now as my two oldest daughters love to play. I'm a structural engineer. I design buildings alongside architects and other engineers. In my office of 60 people I'm the only Mormon.

Why I am a Mormon

I was born into a family that was very active in the Mormon church. There came a point in my life where I needed to decide what I wanted to become...not only professionally but personally. I want to be an honest friend and family member. I enjoy helping other people. I like to be part of a family of friends that understand each other and want to help each other be the best they can. I chose to serve a mission when I was in high school because I knew that making that step in my life would help me to stay a strong member of the church and keep me focused on being the person Christ wants me to be.

How I live my faith

I'm the pressident of the young men in our congregation. I volunteer my time each week on Sundays and throughout the week to plan lessons and activities for the young men ages 12-18. It's been a very rewarding experience for me and I enjoy helping these young men to accomplish the goals they have in their lives. I remember my young men's president when I was a youth and the wonderful impact that he had on my life and the great example he was to me. I have sinced moved back into the same area where my former young men's president lives and now I help teach his boy that is 16 years old.
