Hi I'm Tess

I play the violin, I am a cheerleader, I love to laugh and I am a Mormon

About Me

I am the youngest girl out of four brothers, I am a sophmore in Highschool. I cheer for basketball at my highschool and have tons of fun. I have playing for the violin for 7 years now and I am learning to love it more and more. I love spending time with my family, we always know how to make eachother laugh. It fun having four older brothers to play sports with, even though I have no chance against them, we still have fun just being together.

Why I am a Mormon

I was born into a family that is active in the church. I grew up a Mormon, learning about our teachings and beliefs. I love my savior Jesus Christ and I am trying to become more like him everyday. I know that this church is true. I have received confirmation through the spirit. I know that the Book of Mormon is a true book and if you read it you will be inspired and you will have a good feeling inside telling you that what you have read is the truth. I know this because I too have read and studied the Book of Mormon and know that it is a true book. It can truly change your life if you allow it to.

How I live my faith

Every weekday morning before school, I am able to attend an early morning gospel study class. I go with other kids my own age who want to strengthen their faith also. We read and learn from the scriptures everyday, and try to apply what we learn into our day to day lives. I also attend church every Sunday with my family. I always try to be an example to my peers at school and people around me. I am always looking for opportunities to try and teach others about what we believe. Being apart of this church has blessed me in so many different ways. I am thankful to be apart of this church.
