Hi I'm Tara May

I'm a Mormon. I am a flight attendant. I am a daughter of God. I am a sister, Aunt, Friend, Niece, and soon to be mom.

About Me

I am a flight attendant. I spend most days working at 30,000 feet sealed in a metal tube. Previously I ran a family business. I am the oldest of 6 kids. I am married to a non-member. I live a very simple life. I love my family, I love my job, I love my faith.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a morman because I choose to be a morman. I love the gosple, the doctrines and truths taught. I know families can be together forever. I know we lived with God before this life and we will live with him again with our families after this life. We have a have a Heavenly Father who knows us individually and loves us. My grandparents joined this church in Holland and immigrated to the US in 1952 to be sealed in the Temple. They came on a boat with whatever they could carry and 3 children. They moved to the Salt Lake City area. My life has been blessed because of their example and what they have taught me. My grandfather always said "The truth shall set you free." The truth will set you free. The knowledge of this gospel is truth, it is not hard, overwhelming or burdening, it is wonderful and it will set you free.

How I live my faith

I live my faith by attending church every Sunday. I participate in church activities and try to be involved in my community through service projects. I try to always be an example of what I believe where ever I am. If I am in another city on a layover, I try to attend church in that area. I have learned that this church is the same no matter where I may be. It is wonderful to know that I can find friends anywhere in the world and a community of people who value and live the same life as I do.
