Hi I'm Sarah Andersen

I grew up in Colorado. I love building things. I am a musician. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I play violin and I really enjoy long bike rides. I love to go to dances and I love to read. I also love Star Wars! I like video games a lot. I love art and making art. I am a missionary. I will be going to college for engineering. I plan to go help build space ships.

Why I am a Mormon

My belief and faith that I have in the Church is unparalleled to any other passion, desire, or love that I hold dear in my heart. It is the core reason that my life is filled with hope and joy. Being a member has been a blessing that I often have taken for granted. As I have gotten into trouble time and time again, as we find out in life happens, I have not been nearly as afraid of the outcome as I should have been because of the plan that Heavenly Father has for me. Even if I don't know all of the details of this plan, I know that it will end in my ultimate happiness, and it gives me courage to face this wonderful life that I have been given. Being a Mormon is so much more than being a member of the church, it is ensuring your eternal happiness and the blessing of showing others the way to obtain it. I will never be a member of any other church because this is the true church with the complete gospel of Jesus Christ and Heavenly father.

How I live my faith

I have had several callings in the church and have tried hard to go above and beyond the expectations. I do a lot of family history research and try to do missionary work whenever I can. I read my scriptures and have a picture of Jesus Christ in my room. I am a missionary and love questions about my faith.

What blessings can we receive through the gift of the Holy Ghost?

Sarah Andersen
The Holy Ghost is also known as the comforter among other names. He bring comfort in times of great hurt and sorrow in our life. When we feel alone he lets us know that we are not alone. When we feel such sorrow that we feel like we no longer want to endure the life that God has given us, the Holy ghost brings us the comfort of knowing that this too shall pass. He also is always with us and guiding us to be safe. He sends warnings when we are about to be in great danger. When we are in great danger he guides us and whispers comfort to us. He can bring great confirmation to things that are true. He helps us differentiate between good and evil and that which will make God pleased and that which will make God disappointed. All these blessings are received through the gift of the Holy Ghost and more. All we need to do is be worthy to obtain it through baptism and confirmation because obtaining it is a promise between you and God. Show more Show less
