Hi I'm Brian

I'm a Mormon.

About Me

Growing up we lived all over the western United States. When I married my wife we lived in Oregon for many years where we raised our 4 children. We moved to Arizona about 10 years ago. I've worked in many jobs but primarily in public works and utility management for the past 30 years. I now own a consulting business related to the utility industry.

Why I am a Mormon

My parents joined the Mormon Church when I was 5 years old. They had always been Christians but said that the things the Mormon Missionaries shared with them rang true and answered many of the questions they had about Heavenly Fathers plan for his children. Through study, prayer and living the principles of the restored gospel of Jesus Christ, I have gained my own testimony of the truthfulness of the doctrine of the Mormon Church.

How I live my faith

As Mormons we have many opportunities to live our faith. At the present time I teach an adult Sunday School class. Because there is no paid minister in our local congregation, members are called as volunteers to assist in leadership and all other required jobs. I have belonged to civic clubs such as the Kiwanis and as a church member am encouraged to participate in civic and community activities. Service to others is a wonderful way to enhance our own lives.
