Hi I'm Gary Davis

I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am happily married for over 31 years and a happy father of six wonderful children. So far we have 10 grand chidlren and hopes of many more. I come from a very large family and have always enjoyed the blessings of having family near. I have been blessed to be involved with my community serving on many non-profit boards; I feel we should do something to give back to our communities and nation. There is satifaction in being of service to others. But what makes me the most happy is family for in the end that is all that really matters.

Why I am a Mormon

I was born a member of the Church Of Jesus Christ Of Latter Day Saints as were my parents, and as were their parents, down to 5 and 6 generations of my family. Even though the Church is very strong in my family, I discovered at a young age the truth of the the restored Gospel of Jesus Christ myself. I Know God lives, He is the Father of our spirits and I know he loves me. I know that Jesus if the Christ, the Redeemer of World, the Prince of Peace. I know He atoned for my sins and that through this atonement is the only way to return to our Father in Heaven. I know that my Redeemer lives. I bare my witness that God the Father and His son Jesus Christ appeared to Joseph Smith and ultimatley gave him instruction and Priesthood Power to restore the Gospel of Jesus Christ to this Earth. This restored gospel is found in The Church Of Jesus Christ Of Latter Day Saints.

How I live my faith

I am very involved in my church, I have served in many positions and am currently serving as a sunday school teacher. I am enjoying this current sunday school calling immensely. Being a member of the Church Of Jesus Christ Of Latter Day Saints is much more than belonging, it is a way of life; I have found great happiness in living by the precepts taught in the Church. This Church is a church of service and all of its members are given opportunity to share their talents with others.
