Hi I'm Jason

I´m a student studying Chemistry. I´ve taken two years off to serve the Lord as a missionary. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am a student studying chemistry. While studying chemistry I am also trying to learn to sing and dance, play a couple sports (thought not very well), and make a lot of friends.

Why I am a Mormon

Why am I a Mormon? Well, it's pretty simple--because I know it's true. I've put it to the test a couple of times and come to know that the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints is Christ's true church on the earth, because of the way I feel and the answers I have received. I know without this church, without Christ, I would be up a creek without a paddle. But with Him, my life is incredible, and I have to get down on my knees every day and thank Him that I know the truth.

How I live my faith

Right now, I am living my faith by serving a two year mission for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. I'm heading to Chile to share this wonderful message that I am so priveleged to know. Before now, I have lived my faith by teaching in Sunday School, by leading a youth group, and by being involved in the Boy Scout program.

Are all Mormons required to serve a mission?

Not all Mormons are required to serve missions--it is asked that all young men ages 19 serve, and young women age 21 and older, retired couples may choose to serve, but missions are completely voluntary and unpaid. Show more Show less
