Hi I'm Brad

I'm a husband, a father, a sports fan, a Mormon.

About Me

I am a husband and father. I work in the aerospace industry. My family and I enjoy going to sporting events together. We always try to make time each day for the scriptures.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon because I know that The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints is the Lord's church here on the earth. The gospel helps me learn more about the Savior. This knowledge helps me teach my children how to stay on the right path in a confusing world.

How I live my faith

I have the opportunity to work with the older men in my ward. In order for me to teach them, by example or through lessons, I need to do myself what I ask of others. This especially helps my children see that it is important to follow the Savior's example.

Why are only some Mormons allowed into temples? Is there something secret going on in Mormon Temples? What goes on in Mormon Temples?

Just like anything in life, there are rules that need to be followed. If one follows the rules the Lord has established, one can enter the temple. The temple is something sacred, not secret. As such, we don't talk about all that goes on inside out of respect and reverence to our Heavenly Father. Temple work is a great opportunity to receive sacred ordinances for yourself, then for those who have not had the chance to do so. Show more Show less
