Hi I'm Jason

I like to make sawdust by woodworking with powertools. I enjoy gardening. I love my blended family. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am a dad to three great children whom I adore. My oldest is a girl of 13 years, and my two boys are 11 and 10. They live in Virginia most of the year, and they visit here in Arizona for summer, spring break and Thanksgiving or Christmas. I am married to a super-cool lady who has three girls of her own, so I usually tell people we are like the Brady Bunch, almost. Her daughters are 16, 15, and 13 years old, so her youngest and my oldest are like 'two peas in a pod' when they get to hang out together. I like growing cucumbers in my garden. I love to grow watermellons too, but my backyard is too small for that right now. I had a big strawberry patch when I was in high school. Home-grown fruits taste awesome. I like to work wood and build neat things. My favorite are small puzzles and toys, letter-openers, shelves, small or big boxes like cedar chests, and anything I can make with my children. I love to go boating. I harldy ever go fishing, which is what people usually ask about when I have the canoe on my truck or the boat on the trailer. I just love to be on the water.

Why I am a Mormon

I was born into the church and I love it. I always wanted to obey and whenever I questioned my own faith I knew it was true for the many, many witnesses I have been given by the Spirit. I love to give and serve and work.

How I live my faith

I recently was called to help in the Sunday School to help gather the role taking sheets and help people find their classes. I love to serve in the Temple.
