Hi I'm Craig

I am an avid sports participant and fan. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am a member of a happy family with my wife and two wonderful children. We love to spend time together doing many different things. I love the outdoors and the mountains! We love to go camping, fishing, hiking, and being active. I also love supporting my children in their activities, such as sports, music, and drama events. I enjoy traveling and airplanes! I work for a municipal government and enjoy helping others who are in need.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon because I believe in modern day prophets to help guide us through tough times. The scriptures are very helpful to our family but listening to a modern day prophet talk about our specific time helps me feel the love Heavenly Father has for me. I love the family values that are fostered through the Church and want to be connected to my family forever. The bonds formed in the family are very special and can be eternal. It is important to be a part of something that is so much more than myself. By trying to follow the Savior's example and learning to put others needs before mine, I have grown as a person and drawn closer to God. Finally, I am a Mormon because by following the teachings of Christ's Church I become more like what He wants me to be.

How I live my faith

My faith is an active one that provides opportunities to help and serve others. By doing this we can all grow together. I am involved in the Boy Scouts and help young men earn merit badges and awards. I have been a youth coach in my community for various sports and enjoy working with youth of all ages. I am the president of our Young Men's organization. This is an amazing opportunity to help young men become strong, honorable adults with purpose and direction. We meet weekly and allow the Young Men the chance to organize and complete activities, such as helping the elderly, assisting other youth, and having fun events together. I teach in local schools the importance of being honest, upstanding citizens of our community. Above all, I try to live my life as an example of what it means to be a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints.
