Hi I'm Ange

I am a beauty therapist turned foster carer, I believe that those who have passed are still near us everyday. I am a Mormon.

About Me

i was raised by my Nana & Grandad in TeAtatu north, Gladfield lane. :) , i am so grateful for the paitence & love my Grandparents have taught me. i have 5 brothers who are all non-members but love & support me regardless of my religion. i am married to my best friend (Joe) & we have two teenage boys of our own and two Aboriginal/Australian foster children aged 11&12. ever since i can remember i have prayed, i have always believed in God and Jesus & that one day i would be reunited with them & with all my loved ones who have passed on. i have always had a 'feeling' that death isn't the end...... our family was Baptised together in November 2007 then Sealed for time and all eternity November 2008 in the Brisbane Temple. i am blessed to be a stay at home mum & wife, i am blessed to have children, I am blessed to have a son in the mission field and a son still at home with me, I am blessed to have foster children they teach me how to keep being grateful. I am blessed to be married for over 20yrs to someone who makes me laugh. I am blessed to be me :).

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon because I accepted what the Missionaries taught me. When they knocked on my door I was ready to listen, my life had been prepared to meet with the Missionaries at the perfect time, Gods time. :) At first it was hard to undo all the misleading information or rumors I had herd about Mormons and their beliefs. I was glad that I took the time to learn for myself what was true from the right teachers, the Missionaries. I am a Mormon because I believe that if we keep our bodies clean from unhealthy things we can understand the difference between good and bad revelation.....only good comes from God. I am a Mormon because I believe the organisation of this church has to be Devine. Every detail is specific and has a purpose. there is so much information to learn that no one can understand it all in this lifetime. the Book of Mormon let's you see the old and new testament in a new way almost like a lost key that opens new and forgotten doors.

How I live my faith

i live my faith by doing my best to keep the commandments. sometimes its hard for me to do & each day i need to be mindful of what im doing & constantly urge myself to do better & be a better person. i love my husband & children & i serve them daily. i also serve as personal progress specialist to help young women and myself become closer to God by trying to be more like our devine selves. I try to pray and read scriptures everyday and I try to be a good example to family.
