Hi I'm Rachel

I'm a junior in college and am working on my major: neuropsychology. I love playing sports, especially soccer. :) I'm a Mormon.

About Me

First off, I love being happy. I enjoy making others happy and creating happiness wherever I go. I also love sports and staying healthy. I've played soccer for 15 years of my life, and have also participated in Track, Basketball, and Volleyball :) I am starting my second year in college, and want to go into Neuropsychology. But before I do that, I am going to serve a mission of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints in the Dominican Republic! And I could not be more excited! Yep, that's me! :)

Why I am a Mormon

I was lucky enough to be born into the church, and have happily been a member for the past 20 years of my life :) I have never doubted that it wasn't where I needed to be. I have had confirmation upon confirmation that being a member is the only way that I would truly be happy. I love this church- it has helped me become the person I am today. I am lucky to always have the gospel's guiding influence in my life.

How I live my faith

I think the easiest way to live my faith is just by being happy. I know who I am, but more importantly, I know WHOSE I am. I am a child of God. That knowledge makes me happy, and I want others to be able to be as happy as I am. Besides being happy, I live my faith by consistently being what I want to become. If I feel like I need to improve on an area in my life, I will work on that specific area. With the help of Christ, anything is possible and I can become who I am meant to be :)
