Hi I'm Kimberley

I'm a daughter, sister, wife, mother, and friend. And I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am a wife and full-time mother with two kids and one on the way! I love my life! I taught elementary school for four years before becoming a mother. I loved being able to teach those precious children daily and am now able to stay home with my two young children and teach them. I enjoy staying busy taking my kids around and doing fun activities. I also love being a wife to my supportive husband. We especially enjoy our date nights when we go out or just enjoy a movie and frozen yogurt at home together. I love being with family, being crafty, reading, and blogging about our family adventures.

Why I am a Mormon

Being a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints brings my family and me so much happiness! I grew up in the Church but have come to know for myself that it is true. Knowing that our Heavenly Father and Jesus Christ love us and want nothing more than for us to return to live with them again gives me purpose and direction in life. I know that they have given us scriptures and prophets to guide us in this journey. They hear our prayers and love us.

How I live my faith

I feel like my faith guides me in all that I do. It's an everyday thing. Whether it's daily prayer or scripture study, weekly family nights, or serving my family and others, it's a continuous thing. I have been able to serve with the children, youth, and adults of the church over the years. I currently serve with the women of the church, getting to help make sure that their temporal and spiritual needs are met. I love getting to know these amazing women and learning about their lives, what they've been through and how they've become stronger, seeing how much they do for their families and neighbors, and learning how to become better myself.
