Hi I'm Steve

Husband, Father, Grandfather, Fastener & Pipe Support specialist, and Sports Fanatic. I'm a Mormon!

About Me

I’ve lived in Tempe, Arizona for 44 years. I work with contractors to supply those Bolts, Nuts, gaskets, and Pipe supports for their Water/Waste Water projects through out the United States. I love each day the opportunity help my customers solved their problems with my knowledge and products I sell. I have loved sports since I was old enough to run. My favorite sport growing up was Basketball. I played in junior high, High school, and on Church league teams. I’m an ASU (Sun Devil Fan) and love to watch college sports especial football. I enjoy golfing with my son and son- in –law along with rock climbing with them as well. My Family: I and my wife have been married for 36 years. We met at BYU and have been Arizona ever since then. I’m a father of two wonderful children. Both are married and have super spouses. My greatest joy of course is the grand children of which there are seven with another on the way this month. I and my wife live to serve love our children and grand children. We are blessed to have our family members live close by to us so we have contact with them regularly.

Why I am a Mormon

Why I’m a Mormon: I was raised in the LDS faith. Both of my parents came from strong Mormon ancestry. These fore fathers pioneered the west with Mormon faithful. My great grandfather came west on a wagon train with his mother. He joined the faith when he was nine years old. I was raised with a strong faith in Jesus Christ as my Savior who restored his church back to the earth through the Prophet Joseph Smith. I’m grateful to be reading the Book of Mormon every day. When President Benson our Prophet as us to read the Book of Mormon every day that it would bless our lives I committed to doing just that. The Book of Mormon has blessed me and my family’s lives since that time. I served a full time mission when I was nineteen year old in South Florida. This mission changed my life. It gave me the life skills that still I have today to raise a family and support them. My mission also helps to gain a stronger testimony of the Savior and to remain faithful as a Latter Day Saint (Mormon), father, grandfather, and provider for my family.

How I live my faith

I enjoy living in Tempe, Arizona. I like to particpate in youth activites ( 12-18 years old). It gives me great satisfaction to see our youth grow with service opportunities in our church and community. I'm very impressed with young men and young women who serve as full time missionaries for the church. Based on my experence in the mission field there is no greater opportunity for the youth of the church than experiencing a missionary calling in their youth( 19- 21 years old). Being able to see this first hand by serving in a leadership role in the church as blessed my life and our course the youth of the church.
