Hi I'm Stephanie

I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I'm a wife and mother of two. I'm also a student. Some of my favorite things are running and cooking. I enjoy learning and implementing healthy habits with my family. I love watching football and baseball.

Why I am a Mormon

I was born into a family that was Mormon, but I have continued in the church on my own because of the happiness it brings me. I'm not perfect, and there have been times in my life when I have been more or less committed. When I'm trying my best to live the teachings of the gospel of Jesus Christ I find that I'm the happiest. I still have trials and struggles, but I am able to get through them with the faith I have in my Savior. I know that He lives and cares about me personally.

How I live my faith

As a Mormon, it's always important to me to find opportunities to serve others. This can be within my church or in the community. I enjoy teaching and helping to plan activities for the women in my ward.

How can I know Mormonism is true?

One of the things I love most about being a Mormon is the belief that God does and will answer my prayers. Whenever I need to know something, whether it's about the gospel, or a question I have about an important life decision, I know that God cares and will answer my prayer. The same applies for finding out if The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints is the true church. If you sincerely want to know and ask God with faith, He will answer you. Even though I have grown up as a member of this church, after reading the Book of Mormon for the first time I wanted to receive my own answer if it was true. I fasted and prayed and asked God. I received an answer and have never doubted the truth of the Book of Mormon since then. Show more Show less
