Hi I'm Pamela

I'm a Mormon, and I love a going on adventures!

About Me

I grew up in Mesa, AZ. I graduated from ASU in Elementary Education. It took awhile for me to meet my best friend and spouse, so I spent my time going on grand adventures. I worked and met with people from all over the world. I did some traveling, and served a mission for my church in Puerto Rico. To support me in my adventures, I taught school for about 8 years. After I had my first child, I switched jobs and became a mom. Happy Day! Now I get to share my adventures with my family! I wouldn't trade a minute of it either. I volunteer with the Boy Scouts of America, which helps feed my quest for fun and excitement. Although life has it's challenges, there is always something more to learn and discover.

Why I am a Mormon

I have definitely had my share of challenges, but every time things seemed to get difficult, I always knew where to turn-I would kneel in prayer and ask my Father in Heaven for help. One experience really sums it up for me. When I was about 19, I worked with a young woman who was struggling with some personal matters. As she broke down in tears and bared her soul, the only thing that came to my mind was to share with her about the atonement of Jesus Christ and his love for us. I could have suggested counseling, or a number of other things. Instead, I shared with her about Jesus Christ and how he can give us peace. This helped me realize just how important He has been in my life. I am a Mormon because I know that this is where I have come to know my Savior and his gospel teachings.

How I live my faith

Service. I learned a long time ago that if you are feeling down, go serve somebody else. I love being a visiting teacher getting to know the other sisters in church.
