Hi I'm Elder Wardrop

I'm a triathlete. I love music. I love food. I love my family. And I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I've lived in Arizona my whole life where I've played just about every sport. I'm currently attending BYU Provo and am intrigued by all things related to the business world. My older brother served a mission in the Mexico, Mexico City South mission, and provided the greatest example for me to also want to serve my Heavenly Father. I have been called to serve in the Brazil, Porto Alegre South mission and I am beyond excited to bring the gospel and the happiness I receive from it to those people who live there. I consider myself very lucky to be blessed with all that I have now.

Why I am a Mormon

I was born in the church and have lived by its precepts all my life. But as I've grown older, I found my own testimony through realizing all the blessings that I receive from being a part of the LDS church. I have wonderful parents who love me and have helped me to discern between what’s right and wrong. I’ve also had great friends who help me live by good standards and keep me on track to returning to live with Heavenly Father who loves us and wants nothing but the best for us. I'm a Mormon because I want to be a part of the Lord's true church and I know this is it.

How I live my faith

I strive to follow the Gospel of Jesus Christ in everything that I do. Life is a continuous cycle of enduring to the end by showing our faith in Jesus Christ, repenting of our sins, following the promptings of the Spirit, and continually looking for ways we can come closer to The Savior. Especially as a missionary, I try to devote everything I have to this gospel, and to bring it to others because I know it can bless them tremendously.
