Hi I'm Angela

I am a Cosmetologist, a grateful Mother of 3 beautiful children, a loving wife, and I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I Love being a mother, even though it is the hardest thing I have ever done! It is so rewarding, and Im grateful for the opportunity! I have been married for 9 years, and have 3 beautiful healthy children. I also am a Cosmetologist, and its the best job! I can stay home with my kids, and when I can still make extra money for our family. I love being with friends and family! There's nothing in the world that I value more! I love to sing, read, and playing with my kids! I love to blog when I have time, just to share my thoughts about our life and pictures of our family with friends and family that are far away! My Husband and I don't have any family that lives in our state, so trying to stay connected is essential for us! I try really hard to be active, which is always a work in progress! Finding the time is not easy! I know staying in shape is what is going to help me be the best Mom and Wife I can be, so I try! Try being the key word....I love sweets! I also love to decorate our home and try to recreate things that are old and try and give it a little "make over" to make it new and special! I love taking on new craft projects, sewing and trying to make new things for my kids, home or friends! I'm not by any means the best, but I love to do it so I guess that's what counts!

Why I am a Mormon

I was born In Utah, and moved to Washington state when I was 10. I grew up in the Church, was baptized when I was 8. I remember that day very well, and remember how awesome I felt! But looking back my testimony was really dependant upon my parents. By the time I was 13 and was making bad choices and haning out with the wrong crowd. Slowly over the next few years and started down a path that was definatley not where I should have been. I made many choices that I wish I hadn't! But it took me a good 10 years to realize that! I met my Husband who was not a member, but chose to be baptized! We started on the journey together really. Once I started coming back to church, and actually tried to make real changes in my life, is when I really saw that I had been missing something for a very long time, and that was Peace! Im so grateful for the knowledge that I have of the restored gospel! Ive lived without it, and I dont ever want to be there again! I love this gospel! I know without a doubt that this is the only true Church on the face of the earth! I love that it gives me the light and knowledge that I need, to strive to be better!

How I live my faith

I attend Church every Sunday for 3 hours! I Teach the 10/11 year old girls, and also lead the music when we meet with just the women! I absolutely LOVE that time! I always feel strengthend and inspired by the women there, and the lessons that we here every Sunday! I love that no matter where we live we are always apart of a family, and the teachings are always the same.

What is the Relief Society?

Relief Society is a women's organization in the church that brings all of us together as sisters of God. We gather together every Sunday for lessons. We have activities outside of Church. We serve our fellow brothers and sisters in the Church, and serve in our community as often as we can. We learn, grow, love and teach and inspire each other. We are united by a special bond of sisterhood and a common believe and desire, to return to live with our Heavenly Father. Show more Show less
