Hi I'm Sue

I'm a wife, a writer and a quadraplegic. I enjoy horseback riding and I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I'm a wife, an aunt and a writer. I love spending time with my husband and our animals, horseback riding and outdoor activities. Sixteen years ago I learned just how precious life is when an auto immune disorder left me as an incomplete quadraplegic. I no longer take things for granted and thank my Heavenly Father for all of the blessings that he has given me. I met my husband of seven years at a therapuetic horseback riding facility where I ride, and he volunteered. While we were dating, my husband introduced me to the Church and we were married for time and all eternity

Why I am a Mormon

I've always wanted to be a disciple of Jesus Christ. Seven years ago I discovered that the Church of Jesus Christ had been restored to the earth as it was in ancient times, and that a living Prophet and Apostles were leading the church through divine revelation. The Holy Spirit confirmed to me that this was the place in which I could prosper spiritually and be an instrument in the Lord’s hands.

How I live my faith

I live my faith by renewing my covenants in weekly sacrament meetings, reading the scriptures daily, keeping the commandments to the best of my ability and relying heavily on the Lord to meet all of my needs, both temporal and spiritual.
