Hi I'm Brian

I spent my childhood in Hawaii, Bolivia, and Utah. Now I live in the Puget Sound area of Washington. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am a software engineer by trade. I play the piano and the bassoon. I enjoy scuba diving. I have three children and a grandchild.

Why I am a Mormon

I am grateful for my relationship with my Heavenly Father. I know that he lives, that he is the Father of all mankind, and that as such, he is interested in our lives. He desires us to be happy. He sent his Son, Jesus Christ, to demonstrate how to live our lives in harmony with divine principles. Jesus Christ has made it possible for us to return to God. The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints is appointed by Him to provide us with the ordinances and supported needed to return to our Heavenly Father and to take our families with us.

How I live my faith

Participation and service are important aspects of my faith and worship. I've been blessed to serve in a variety of ways. Currently, I have a weekly assignment to teach a class of 11 year-old boys. What a lively group! But they already know so much and love their Savior. It's a privilege to be with them. I also serve as the organist for our weekly worship services. Music is a wonderful medium for the Spirit and I enjoy sharing my testimony through sacred music.
