Hi I'm Scott David

I am an individual whose life has been greatly blessed by the power of invitation and I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am a full-time Student Advisor that will be completing a Masters in Business Administration program in early 2012. Beyond work and school, I stay busy following my favorite college football and major league baseball teams. Sports have always been an interest and source of entertainment. I also invest time to make sure I am always pushing myself to stay sharp mentally (learning new things), spiritually (partaking of the gospel) and physically (keeping myself healthy). I feel that when I have those 3 things in balance I am my best, and happiest. To understand me personally, the happiness I have in my life and the understanding of my purpose in life, is a product of a decision I made in April of 2001, when I recognized the importance of the Gospel of Jesus Christ and chose to be a Mormon. That choice has had a direct impact on everything in my life, and has led me to where I am today. Very cool....to say the least.

Why I am a Mormon

Well, The Book of Mormon promises that if we- take it, read it and then ask God with a sincere heart and really intend to act on what we are told to do, then God will let us know of it's truth. Also the idea and knowledge that families can be together forever is second to none. I don't know of any other message one can hear or live by that will bring them the hope and direction than that of the Restoration of the Gospel of Jesus Christ.

How I live my faith

Day to day- I just try to focus on simply doing the right thing. Beyond going to church, and fulfilling my church responsibilities....I try to be a good person, brother, son, roommate and friend. Being considerate and caring a little bit can go along way.
