Hi I'm Brian

I am a business owner, I am an insurance professional, I am a husband, a father and I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I love spending time with my wife and children. I love traveling and vacationing. I enjoy scuba diving and seeing all kinds of wild life.

Why I am a Mormon

I was born in the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. Being involved in the church always felt right to me. At the age of 14 i read the Book of Mormon for the first time. My dad asked me to read some chapters and I could not put it down. All though I never felt an overwhelming feeling at this time it felt right and true. It increased my knowledge and understanding of the Savior and my relationship to him. It become clear as I tried to obey the Gospel of Jesus Christ I was Happy and when I was not as diligent I was not happy. Serving for two years in the mission field gave me the opportunity to be in hundreds of different homes and witness hundreds of different lifestyles. It was easy to see those that were happy and those that were not. There was a recognizable light in the families that study the Book of Mormon on a regular basis and those that did not. I Knew how I want to raise my family. God Lives and he is our Father. He Loves us. I am grateful that He sent his Son Jesus Christ. I know that he lives and that he suffered the atonement for me. Which allows me to overcome all things. I know he appeared to the Prophet Joseph Smith and restored his Gospel in full. The Book of Mormon is the Word of God as is the Bible. President Monson is God's Prophet on the earth today. I have had spiritual witness through the Holy Ghost of these truths throughout my life.

How I live my faith

The Church of Jesus Christ is organized a way that provides us with endless opportunities to serve others. I do the best I can. I know that it is far from perfect, but I feel strengthened as I continue to try. Right now I am working with 12 and 13 year olds in scouts. I go on campouts monthly and participate in weekly activities with them. On Sundays I teach them principles of the Gospel. It is a great experience. They are great examples to me. I have two families I visit each month to see how they are doing and to share a short spiritual message with. However, the most important thing I do to live my Faith is to spend quality time with my Wife and Children.
