Hi I'm Megan

I am a stay at home mom to my 2 Beautiful children. I love photography, cooking, and crafting. And I am a Mormon.

About Me

I grew up all over the world while my father was in the Air force. I am not sure I can really thing of anyplace I would say I am "from" but where ever my family was that was the happiest place to be. While my dad was gone on missions it was just us girls. I am one of 4 girls and no brothers. Needless to say we always had our girl time! My family finally settled in Arizona which is were I met my Husband. We have been married for nearly 6 years! I am a mother to two beautiful wiggly kiddos. One boy and one Girl. They keep me going with their cute smiley faces and giggles for days. I love that I have been blessed to be able to watch them grow and discover the world each and every day. We are an outdoorsy family. We love boating, camping, off-roading and discovering all the beauties our Heavenly Father has created for us hear on earth.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a mormon because this is the true church. This church helps me to be the best person I can possibly be and has givin me the path to return to my Heavenly Father. I now that the Book of Moromon is a true book of scripture and it gives me the answers to questions I have had in life and teaches me how to become like christ. I now that Joseph Smith is a true Prophet and that he truly did see God the father and his son Jesus Christ. I know he translated the Book of Mormon with God's power and he Restored Christ church upon the earth again. I know that Families can be sealed together forever through the pristhood power that lies only within this church. It has given me a sense of security in knowing that my family will always be together as long as I am doing my part.

How I live my faith

I look forward to attending church every Sunday. For me, church is a place of refuge, where I can gain the strength and courage I need to practice and live correct principles in a very morally confused world. I love meeting and learning with other women who can relate to my experiences. Throughout the week, I love serving in my community. I am the Humanitarian Specialist in my Ward so I am always trying to find places where we could serve and help our neighbors. It is so nice to be able to share the gospel through serving neighbors.
