Hi I'm Jorgi

I am a 6th generation Arizona Mormon. I love the heat! I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am a wife and a mother. I love to help at my children's schools and be involved in their lives. I love spending as much time with my husband as possible. I really love sports. I especially love Baseball and college football! I love to run. I use it as my stress free time. It is when I can let my mind think freely. I have run a couple of races, but I really just like my running to be stress free. Don't get me wrong I do like a little competition :) I enjoy a little house cleaning. I like laundry and dishes, good thing my husband likes to do floors!! I like to play games and be with my family and friends.

Why I am a Mormon

I was born and raised in a Mormon family and I know that I was taught truth! Living the gospel makes my life full and complete. I know that through Jesus Christ I can experience peace and joy even through trials and challenges that face everyone. I like being a part of a group of people who believe the same way I do. I am excited to be a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. I love being guided and directed in how I can come closer to Him.

How I live my faith

I have served with the youth for the last 8 years. I served with young women between the ages of 12-18. I loved seeing them grow in their testimonies as they used the teachings of the gospel to overcome the challenges and obstacles they face. I now serve the young men between the ages of 8-18. I help them in advancing in Cub Scouts and Boy Scouts. I love seeing these boys set goals and work to achieve them. They learn to come closer to their Savior by completing tasks that challenge them. I also teach the women in my ward. I love to have the opportunity to teach this gospel. It helps me to learn and strengthen my testimony when I prepare the lessons. I also live my faith by doing my own personal scripture study and I attend the temple as often as I can. I am always reminded why I made the covenants that I did and how merciful my Savior is.
