Hi I'm Tom

I'm a carpenter and an outdoorsman. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I enjoy anything to do with the outdoors. I love spelunking (caving), camping, hiking, boating, swimming, shooting, hunting, and just about anything else you can think of. My biggest hobby is building things out of wood, everything from cabinets to sheds, and plan to open a custom cabinet shop. I'm a big fan of reading, and will pick up almost any book.

Why I am a Mormon

I was raised Mormon, but didn't fully believe in it till I was 16 or so. I decided I needed to find out for myself if the Church was true or not, so I fully read the Book of Mormon, and prayed to know if it was true. At that moment, I felt the spirit so strongly that all doubt left my mind. That's when I received a testimony for myself. That's why I'm Mormon.

How I live my faith

I try to set a good example for others by living the teachings of the savior. I keep good moral standards, and I don't drink, smoke, or swear. I attend church every Sunday, and I go to church and youth events throughout the week. I share the message of the gospel with anyone who wants to hear it, and try to always help others come unto Christ.
