Hi I'm Tim

I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I'm a husband and soon to be father. I enjoy exercise. I use to run long distance in high school. Some of that ability carried over when I joined the Marine Corps after high school. I scored pretty high on my PT test because of this. I love playing video games too much especially when I'm playing with others. I recently got an Associates degree in art and draw my own cartoon type characters from time to time for fun. Finally after a year of graduating community college I'm finally getting a passion for creating art. Kind of late.

Why I am a Mormon

I view being a Mormon in the many blessings I have. For example how much I can learn about what I am and what I can become. I can understand what goes on in my life and what I live for. I learn what I can do to live happy right now. I tell people I live a perfect life. I have struggles with life like everyone else, but I view those as part of my perfect life because I understand why the struggles happen. I also know that my Heavenly Father is there for me and through his son Jesus Christ I won't just be saved but I know that I can live through all my struggles and choose righteously.

How I live my faith

Along with with some of the experiences I've had in my life I try to make myself reliable. I believe that God has been blessed me with so much that I must help others. I try and fulfill my responsibilities at work and at home and in church. I've been a teacher in my church and that is one of the most joyful experiences I've had. Preparing and help others understand the gospel is something that makes feel good.

Can a husband and wife be together forever? Do Mormons believe that families will live together in heaven?

Tim
Absolutely. Not just a husband and wife, but their children can live together forever. The Lord made this possible by giving his children temples where they can be sealed together forever. Even after death we will be united with our families should we choose to accept the Lord's gospel and be sealed in his temple. Show more Show less
