Hi I'm Hilary

I'm a wife, I'm a mom of twins, I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I'm a 24 year old wife and mom of twin one year old girls. I graduated with my BS in Business Management with an emphasis in Entrepreneurship from BYU. I love anything to do with crafting, sewing, baking, or homemaking. It's a dream come true to be home with my girls while my husband pursues a dental degree. We have trouble getting pregnant and have gone down the long and hard path of infertility so our twins are a true miracle. We love them beyond belief and are so grateful to know we can be a family for eternity!

Why I am a Mormon

I was born into an LDS family and was taught the principles of the gospel from a very young age. My parents taught us those principles but let us govern our own choices. I knew from that young age that the Gospel of Jesus Christ was something I wanted in my life and would never want to live life without it. I chose to be a Mormon and was baptized at the age of 8. I have felt the blessings of the gospel in every aspect of my life and know that there is no way I could get through the trials of this life without it. I know that there is a living Prophet on the Earth today, Thomas S. Monson. The Lord speaks through him so that we can receive the Lord's present day instruction in addition to ancient scripture. I know that families can be together forever through the Gospel of Jesus Christ and that is what I want more than anything.

How I live my faith

I have been called to serve the women in our ward. I get to help organize activities for the women, teach, and visit these wonderful people. I love getting to know the wonderful ladies in this area and learn from their life experiences, examples, and talents. I am excited as a mom to be able to teach my young daughters about the Gospel of Jesus Christ and help them to set standards and values for themselves to live their life by. The Book of Mormon is a crucial part of my every day study as well as my family's. I am so grateful to have another testament of Jesus Christ to study. Prayer is what gets me through the day to day challenges and struggles I face. I deal with a few health problems that I could not handle without the continued strength and comfort of the Lord. We are so blessed to have a temple so near where we live. The temple is a place of peace and refuge from the world and I feel grateful to be so close that I can visit it often. How blessed I am to be a member of a Church that teaches about our Savior and how I can draw closer to Him. I want to live my life in such a way that I can be with my family for the eternities.
