Hi I'm Angie Probst

I grew up in Provo, Utah. I am a mom of four and I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am a stay-at-home mom of five and wife of one! :) I love being a wife and mother! There is nothing I would rather be doing at this time of my life! In my small amount of spare time, I enjoy reading, cooking, reading, knitting, reading, pondering, reading, gardening, spending time with my family, and oh! Did I mention reading?!

Why I am a Mormon

I was raised in the church, but at the age of 14, wanted to know for myself if it was true. I read the Book of Mormon for the first time and when I was finished I prayed and asked my Father in Heaven if it was true. I received a very sure answer, and have been forever grateful for that experience. Since then, I have had countless testimony building experiences and the gospel blesses my life and my families life on a daily basis. Being a member of the Church of Jesus Christ gives me direction, purpose, understanding, comfort, and most of all peace. There is nothing better than peace. This gospel means everything to me! If I were to bare my testimony to you today, it would sound something like this: I know The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day-Saints, is in fact, Christ’s church upon the earth, today. I know that it is where we learn of His Gospel, the Gospel of Christ. It is a gospel of Faith, Hope, Charity, obedience, Repentence, baptism, forgiveness, revelation, and submitting our will to Gods. I know the Church is lead, by a prophet, who leads the church in the direction that Jesus Christ himself directs it to go. I know that God loves me. I know that He comforts me. I know that He guides me. I know that He expects me and requires of me to do all I can to keep my life in keeping with teachings of the gospel of Jesus Christ. I know that as I rely on the atonement of Jesus Christ, all will be well with me. I know God lives and that we, are His children. I know the road ahead will be difficult, but I know that God will not leave me to travel alone. I know that if I keep my covenants, putting on the whole armor of God, that He will protect me and lead me through the muddy waters, to the pure waters of life eternal. I know that as I seek, God will give me personal revelation to understand His ways. I bare testimony that these things are true. There is nothing I am more certain of. In the name of The Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, Amen.

How I live my faith

I try to live my Faith daily. I strive to treat others as I would like to be treated. I strive to genuinely care and love those I come into contact with. I strive to live my life listening to the direction of the Holy Ghost. I strive to daily strengthen my relationship with my Father in Heaven. I depend on Him. I strive to make my husband and children the most important people in my life, next to God the Father and His son Jesus Christ. I strive to serve in the church and in the community. The biggest thing I strive for, and am sure will be striving for, for a very long long time, is Charity.
