Hi I'm Brian

I am a Volleyball coach during the day, and a Park Ranger by night. I run a Volleyball Club with my wife and Kids, I'm a Mormon.

About Me

Family, "Ohana" means everything to me. Born and raised in the beautiful Islands of Hawaii, now transplanted in Arizona for more than 20 years. Never thought we'd leave the rock! I work as a Park Ranger for the town we live in. My wife and I own and operate a USA Junior Volleyball Club. I am the Head Girl's Varsity Volleyball Coach and my wife is the Head Boy's Varsity Volleyball Coach at the local High School where we live. My wife also coaches Women's Volleyball at the Community College near our home. We have been blessed with the opportunity of coaching both on and off the court. Great life lessons are learned each and every day. With five kids, all of whom play volleyball, has brought a special bond within our family circle. We value the importance of a balanced life. Our Volleyball Club does not participate in any practices or tournaments on Sunday. We observed the Sabbath Day and hold true to what we believe in. We have been blessed for that standard by which we stand by.

Why I am a Mormon

My parents are converts to the church. It was the Sports Programs of the Church that introduced the Gospel to our family. My Dad was a tremendous athlete. He played Volleyball in the All-Church Tournament as a non-member of the church and was touched by the way the members conducted themselves. He wanted to find out more about what Mormons believe in. He studied the gospel and took the missionary lessons. His questions were answered and it made a lot of sense. He embraced the gospel and raised his family the best way he could. I grew up in the church, served a full-time mission, got married in the Temple of God, and raised five children. My wife means everything to me! She is my backbone and my best friend. I love this gospel and all that it does for me and my family. It has blessed my life and that of my family forever! The programs of the church helps each individual family member in ways I cannot do by myself. The church has always been there for me and my family. I am grateful for so many things!

How I live my faith

As a Father of five, attending church together brings me joy and satisfaction. The Joy of seeing them happy and loving life together as a family! The satisfaction of knowing that we will be together forever not only in this life, but throughout all eternity!
