Hi I'm Beth

I am a busy mom of four beautiful daughters. I love to laugh and I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I love to dance. I teach fitness classes and love it. I love to laugh. I love hiking, camping, running, biking, and can't wait to go kayaking with my husband. I love that I can be home and take care of my four beautiful daughters. I love that my husband and I did a triathlon together and hope to do more. I love hanging out with friends, family, having girls night out and going on dates with my husband. I got my BA in Dance Education at BYU where I met my husband. Then we moved back to Washington State to be closer to both of our families. I am busy but I enjoy my life and take it one day at a time.

Why I am a Mormon

I was born and raised in the LDS Church. When I was a teenager I felt very strongly about living right and making good choices. I didn't want to drink or try drugs. I made sure to have good friends who influenced me to do good. I chose to go to BYU where I met more incredible people and had great examples. I knew that I wanted to marry a good man, one who could take me to the temple and raise a righteous family. He had to be a return missionary, make me laugh, have a love of the gospel and take me dancing. I am so lucky to have found the person who has accomplished all of those things and continues to make my dreams come true. I choose to be happy and being a member of the LDS Church helps me to be happy. The gospel gives me hope and brings me joy. I don't want anything less. I want to be good, I try to see the good in others and I want to live an incredible life, and I am!

How I live my faith

I currently teach the 12-13 year old girls every Sunday at church. I share lessons on how to be honest, how to still make good choices in an evil world, how to be happy and do and be the best you can be no matter what your circumstances are. I love the youth. They inspire me with their zeal for life and living the gospel. I try to be a friendly neighbor and person. Smiling often and making others feel good. I take cookies to neighbors and try to chat with them when we are both outside. As I teach my fitness classes I try to inspire those in my class to let go of negativity and have hope. Live life being happy and doing good. Make good choices. Get rid of all that brings you down.

What is being a Mormon like?

Being a Mormon is being free. Free from addiction, free from confusion, free from worry and hate, free from everything negative. No we are not perfect. Life is not perfect. I do have hard days and hard times. Everyone does. We are given trials in life to prove to Heavenly Father how badly we want to return to Him. I enjoy being a Mormon. I enjoy having hope that after this life I will live with my family and have peace and above all live with my Father in Heaven and Savior, Jesus Christ. Show more Show less
