Hi I'm Todd

I'm a dental student. I am recently married. I'm adventurous, spontaneous and I'm a Mormon.

About Me

Hi, I am Todd. I am always trying to find something new to learn to try. I recently started woodworking and built the bathroom vanity in my house. My wife and I love to travel and go experience new places and new cultures. We hope to someday have enough money to make a trip farther than a few hours from home though. I love my truck and finding new ways to tinker with it and modify it. I keep pretty busy lately with dental school taking over the majority of my time, but when I get home I love spending time with my wife and watching a movie.

Why I am a Mormon

I grew up momon, along with the rest of my family. I found the church comfortable and found myself complacent with simply being a member and going to church every week. However, I learned basic and important values as a child and youth that have stayed with me my entire life. Being a member of this church has made me realize my eternal possibility and motivated me to set goals toward it. I found myself gaining a deeper understanding of what role the gospel had in my life while i served a two year mission to Guatemala. Through college I had my morals and standards challenged constantly. It turned out to be the time in my life where I realized I needed to stand up for what I believe it. I know the gospel of Jesus Christ has made me the person I am today and I am eternally grateful for its teachings and members who have helped me in my life.

How I live my faith

I go to church every week and teach some of the younger children basic principles. This gives their parents an opportunity to learn while their children can also learn in a more appropriate environment. I realize how simple the gospel is when I need to teach it to a four or five year old child.
