Hi I'm Rich

I'm a physical therapist living in central Arizona. My favorite thing to "make" is a friend and I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I’m a husband, father, and a friend that loves to laugh. I married way above my head to a wonderful woman that has given us three beautiful children with our fourth on the way. I spent most of my life in Arizona having been raised by loving parents and with the best brothers and sister one could have. My wife caught my eye in middle school at a track meet and we became great friends. Seven years later she gave me her heart as we were married in the Mesa Temple – for forever! We started our family quickly and dove into my studies to figure out how to provide for our growing family. I soon learned I enjoyed working with the complexities of movement associated with the amazing human bodies our Father in Heaven has given us. This led me to a career as a physical therapist.

Why I am a Mormon

The most obvious reason I’m a Mormon is because that’s what my non-Mormon friends call me as a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. However there are many more personal and powerful reasons why I am Mormon. Here are just a few. As a Mormon I know… ….God is my Eternal Father in Heaven ….Jesus Christ is His Only Begotten Son and my Savior ….God still speaks to his children through living prophets ….He has sent His children (you me and everyone else) additional scripture to testify with the Bible that Jesus is the Christ ….Families can be together forever, I have an Eternal Father and He wants to bless me with an eternal family ….I have a very important purpose in life Because of these things I have found great joy, strength and purpose in my life. The “fruit” of knowing these things continues to witness over and over again to me of its truthfulness.

How I live my faith

Living my faith is what I strive to do each day. Please know I don’t always do this with great success. I am so thankful for Jesus Christ’s sacrifice that provides forgiveness and a new start. When you know that you are a child of God….. and Jesus Christ is your Savior….. and God still speaks to his children through living prophets…... and families are forever……and you have a profound purpose in life….it changes your life. These truths are not a part of my life they are the guiding principles of my life. The most important place I strive to live my faith is in my home as a husband and father. In my church I serve as the leader of our local congregation. The hours I serve in this position are on a volunteer bases. In this calling I have the great blessing to serve, to council and care for the temporal and spiritual needs of those who live in our area as they live the Gospel of Jesus Christ in their lives. I have found such great joy in serving in the organization of the church.
