Hi I'm Sadie Craner! :)

I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I'm 19 and the youngest of six kids, and I have four brothers and one sister. A brother and sister in law, four nephews, and a niece. My parents are divorced and my mom is mentally ill and keeps getting worse but I love her so much and nobody could replace her even though it's very hard. I also have a great step mom, step sister, and step brother. I love my family with all my heart. They are my best friends in the world! I loooove the outdoors! Fishing, hiking, camping, hunting, sports, snowboarding, golf, ANYTHING! :) I love art, my favorite is to do portraits! I love to read! I love to laugh! Most importantly the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints is who I am and apart of everything I do say and think! :) And I absolutely love it! All it is is goodness! :)

Why I am a Mormon

I grew up in the church and I always knew it was true in my head but not in my heart. I had my 2nd knee surgery in 8th grd and missed 2 weeks of school and then my grades dropped. My Dad turned my cell phone off because of it. For some reason I had the little faith that if I read the Book Of Mormon everyday Heavenly Father would help me to get my grades back up. So over the next couple months I was reading it daily, people started treating my differently (better) and I didn't realize why at the time. That summer at girl's camp it was testimony meeting around the fire and it got to me and I bore my testimony and cried. When I was finished I looked up and said to myself "Where in the world did that come from?" I realized then that gradually as I read the Book Of Mormon it completely changed me! Night and day difference! I had a true change of heart. I lost all desire to sin and gained all desire for righteousness. I felt a peace and happiness within in my heart that I'd never felt before! This gospel has comforted me and strengthened me throughout all the difficult times of my life. To know that we're here for a test to see if we can become like Christ and endure to the end.

How I live my faith

I look for opportunities to serve those around me and spread this gospel. I attend church meetings, and big conferences. I pray on my knees morning and night with my heart and keep a prayer in my heart all throughout my day. I study my scriptures everyday to keep the spirit with me and that helps me and guides me to do what's right. I try to do baptisms once a week. I fast on fast Sundays. I'm a friend to all and I'm preparing for a temple marriage to start a family so that I can live with them forever! :) I love this gospel. I am absolutely nothing without it. I could NEVER deny its truth. I also know that whoever is reading this that if you get missionary discussions, read the book of mormon and pray about it then Heavenly Father will testify to you that it's true. I love you all! Try it out, you won't regret it! :)
