Hi I'm Melanie

I have oodles of energy. I enjoy yard work. I love ice cream. I am a full time missionary! I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am currently serving a mission for the church and I could not be happier. Before mission life I lived the busiest life known to man! Activities varying from church events, school activities, to any type of service, soccer training, part time work, college and if there's nothing going on I call up my friends and make a party happen! When out and about with friends my favorite thing to do is turn up the music and create phenomenal dance moves. I try to keep my social life spicy by coming up with crazy events such as slip-n-slide parties, or a massive food fight. (which has been successfully accomplished) I also enjoy making people happy. Whatever helps others smile, I enjoy being a part of.

Why I am a Mormon

Many of my ancestors have joined and stayed with this church from both my mom and dad's side of the family. I have chosen myself, to stay strong in this faith because though personal experiences I felt comfort from the Atonement of our Savior Jesus Christ. I am Mormon because it brings me ease that through faith in our Heavenly Father, I can accomplish anything with confidence.

How I live my faith

At school I have received the craziest remarks from my peers when they find out I am Mormon. They say, "WHAT!? You don't even look Mormon!" I am definitely not one to stand on a table and preach the Book Of Mormon nor am I one who wears a Tee Shirt with "I Love Mormon Boys", but I do my best in being an example of the church. At school or in public, I try to be kind to, and help everyone, with a smile. As I said before I am serving a mission for the church-I live my faith by inviting others unto the light of Christ. It is one of the funnest services I could be a part of. I love this church and I know it is true. I would not be serving a mission if I had any doubts about it.
