Hi I'm Camille

I'm a Mormon, a mother of two beautiful children, a wedding planner, and a dance teacher.

About Me

I have many passions in my life! First and foremost I am a mother; I am a single mom raising a beautiful, talented, and smart nine year old daughter and a mischievous but darling three year old son. They are truly the most significant and important pieces of my crazy busy life. I am also a wedding coordinator for a stunning wedding venue here in the valley where I have worked for the last five years. I have the privilege of helping brides create their storybook wedding. I feel honored that I am able to be a small part in creating weddings girls have dreamt about for most of their lives. I am also a dance teacher. I created a dance studio in my home two years ago where I currently teach close to fifty young dancers each week. Most of the dancers I teach live in close proximity to my house. I have found so much joy and satisfaction in teaching dance and helping girls develop a love for dance just as I did as a young child.

Why I am a Mormon

I was born and raised as a Mormon; I have an incredible family that raised me and instilled in me the important values of the Mormon religion. Now that I have matured into an adult the doctrines I was taught have never been more important to me. I am not a Mormon because my parents are, I am a Mormon because it is who I am; it is part of the fiber of my being. I know that Jesus is the Christ, my Savior and Redeemer; I believe that God is all powerful and omnipotent. I know Joseph Smith did in fact see both Jesus Christ and Heavenly Father in the sacred grove, and because of that event he restored the true and living gospel on the earth today, which is the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. I know the Book of Mormon is a true book; I study it daily. I am a well read individual; I have read many books and have had the opportunity to study different religions and theologies. There isn’t a doubt in my mind that it was written anciently to come forth in our day.

How I live my faith

To me, living my faith isn’t just about attending my church meetings each Sunday. Nor is it about just living by certain rules. Being a Mormon to me means striving each day to be the best individual I can be; it means serving and having charity toward my fellowmen; it means sharing the talents and gifts I have been given with others.
