Hi I'm Beth Winsor

I grew up in Utah. I am married and have 5 children. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I met my husband at college. We have five children and a dog. I am a stay at home mom. I enjoy music. I love to make jewelry and play the guitar. I enjoy reading. I would love to travel all over the world.

Why I am a Mormon

One of the many things I love about being a Mormon is the teachings of the family unit. I love knowing that our family can be together forever. I love my husband and children and want our relationships to carry on even after this life. I love how the gospel teaches us to have charity for one another and to serve and love each other. I've seen so many cases when a person is in need and how they are helped through the love of another. I love the standards that the church teaches us and our youth. I love watching General Conference twice a year and listening to our church leaders talk about the struggles we face on this earth, but knowing that there is a Father in Heaven who loves us and that our Savior Jesus Christ atoned for us, so that we can repent when we make mistakes.

How I live my faith

I try to be an example of the things I believe. I have had many callings in the church and have enjoyed each one. I've worked with the children, youth, and women, and have learned so much from each. Right now I teach the 15 year olds. I love meeting with them each Sunday, teaching them the scriptures and talking about their lives. I am a visiting teacher and have had the opportunity to get to know different women in the church and have made many friendships. I love knowing that if I need something, there are many people I can call for help. I love being able to help others also.
